WHEN WILL THE HOMES BE READY TO MOVE INTO?

Earthworks and Civils are underway, with completion and settlement currently forecast for mid-2027.

A $10,000 initial deposit is payable on satisfaction of the Purchasers due diligence clause. The remaining portion of the 10% deposit is payable once the agreed sales threshold has been reached.

No. Only the purchaser has the right to cancel the contract if Titles and Code Compliance Certificates are not issued before the agreed Sunset Date.

All homes at Newmarket Quarter are freehold, offering long-term value and flexibility for owners.

Yes – all townhouses come with one or two car parks, depending on the design. Please check the pricelist or with the salesperson for details.

Yes – there will be residents’ society and/or body corporate fees to cover shared amenities, landscaping, and maintenance of communal areas. Costs vary by property type, so please speak with the sales team for more information.

Yes – every car park is pre-wired for EV charging. If you would like a charging unit installed, the development has specified approved Wall Box EV chargers supplied by TransNet, available as an optional upgrade at an additional cost. These standard chargers are designed for convenient overnight charging. Please speak with the sales team for pricing and installation options.

The developer must deliver you the same home that you agree to buy. If during development something from the specifications is unavailable, then the developer may change these at their discretion, however, it will be of a similar standard and style.

 

Yes, your deposit is safe. It is held in the trust account of the Vendor’s solicitor, Glasistor Keegan.

The homes come with a standard 12-month defects warranty and a 10-year structural warranty, which are automatically provided as they are required by the Building Act. The 12-month defect period covers non-structural issues like minor workmanship flaws, while the 10-year guarantee covers major structural problems and ensures the building is completed according to code and good practice. Warranties will also be provided by suppliers on specific trades and products.

Yes – Newmarket Quarter is pet-friendly. You’re welcome to keep a pet in your home, provided it complies with the Residents’ Association guidelines to ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents.

Yes – short-stay accommodation is permitted under certain conditions. Owners may use their property for Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms, provided this complies with Residents’ Association rules and local council requirements. Please speak with the sales team for more details.
