Significant progress is being made across the development, with exterior cladding underway on Block A, framing progressing on additional buildings, and foundation works nearing completion. These milestones mark another important step towards bringing Newmarket Quarter to life.
Framing Complete Across Five Blocks
Framing has now been fully completed across Blocks A, C, E, G and H, marking a significant milestone in the development. With the structural forms of these buildings now established, the scale and layout of Newmarket Quarter are becoming increasingly visible as construction progresses.
Framing works are also underway on Blocks B and D, with further progress being made across the site.

Block A Progresses to Cladding
Block A has reached an important stage, with interior pre-line preparation now complete and exterior cladding actively underway. This marks the transition from structural construction towards the next stages of the building process, as the external appearance of the building begins to take shape.

JOAL Footpath Construction Underway
Construction of the footpath within the JOAL (Jointly Owned Access Lot) area has commenced and is approximately 30% complete. This work forms part of the development’s access and circulation infrastructure, helping establish the pathways that will connect the completed buildings and surrounding spaces.
Foundation and Substructure Works Near Completion
Foundation works across the development are nearing completion, with substructure works continuing on Block D. These works represent the final stages of the primary foundation programme and support the continued progression of construction across the remaining buildings.

As construction advances, Newmarket Quarter is continuing to take shape, with progress increasingly visible across the site. We look forward to sharing further updates as the development moves towards its next milestones.
